Ruach Global Network is a community of Sprirt-empowered leaders from all over the world. At the direction of the Lord, Bishop Wallace has created RGN to serve as an apostolic ministry of connection, development, and covering for those who value Spirit-empowered ministry through which the kingdom of God is advanced in the earth.
